In case you don't already know, we're releasing at 12:20 today due to weather.

 

I was out yesterday and didn't get to assess whether the kids were ready for their test in math, so I'm postponing that until next week.

 

The deadline for the second payment for Rock Eagle ($58) was today. Please send in Monday if you forgot. I meant to send a reminder yesterday but my son had surgery so I was a little preoccupied (he's fine).

 

What we're studying:

Math: 2D figures (Next, plot graphs)

Reading: Finishing Number the Stars, working on various reading skills throughout the book.

Writing: Always working on informational writing. We'll also be working on grammar skills.

Social Studies: World War II

Science: Cells and Microorganisms
