I can't believe how quickly the end of the year is approaching. Progress reports went home yesterday. Please sign them and return them by tomorrow. We will still have assignments between now and the end of the year. It's becoming harder for the kids to focus, so I'm stressing to them how important it is to maintain their grades.

 

Here's what we have going on in May:

·        May 10: Career projects are due.

·        May 10: Bowling Trip (informational permission slip going home today) 9:00-1:00

·        May 11: Career presentations

·        May 13: Field day for 5^th

·        May 16/17: Human Growth and Development Classes

·        May 20: College Day

·        May 24: Early Release 12:30pm

·        May 24: Graduation at Burnt Hickory Church 8:00am – 10:30am

·        May 25: Early Release 12:30pm

·        May 25: "Are You Smarter than A 5^th Grader" show 8:00am

·        May 25: Fifth grade final walk ~11:45am
