FW: New Carpool Policy for Late Arrivals

 

Teachers,

Please forward the email below to your parents.  We will begin this on Wednesday.  The only change is for those who arrive after all the cars have been filled in the line.  Thanks!

Parents,

Starting on Wednesday, January 29^th, we will begin a new carpool procedure.  We will continue waiting outside for parents until there are no more cars in the carpool line.  Once the cars are all filled, we will bring the students inside to wait for parents to arrive.  This is approximately 2:30 pm.  This is just an approximation, as we will be moving inside when there are no longer cars in the line.

 

If you arrive after this time, we will be in the lobby waiting with the students.  Please park in a parking space and come in to pick up your child.  Please do not block the driveway by parking in the carpool line.  When you come in, please bring your carpool number as identification.

 

If your child is not picked up by 2:45 pm, they will be sent to ASP.  You will be charged $7 per day, as well as a $10 registration fee if you are not currently registered.
